A little worried.

For a while now I've noticed that my breast feel different. I started taking birth control over a year ago and I don't know if the pulls have just made the tissue in my breast feel different but I'm kind of scared because I don't know how to tell what a breast lump is supposed to feel like. Does anyone know? My breasts feel thicker and and I can feel hard spots if I squeeze parts of them.
