I don't think so. That's a chapter of my life regardless of if I stay with the person that's still a chapter in my life. I not going to delete hide or be upset about my past simply Bc I'm not with the same person anymore. I think it's ridiculous when couples expect you to delete every single photo of exes. Unless you're using their picture as your screensaver, it's none of your partner business.

I deleted some so that my social media wasn't flooded with pictures of us. But I kept a lot of them too!

I never really delete them. If it's in facebook, I just change the settings on the pictures or the albums to private so only I can see them.

If you are broken up and in a new relationship with someone else , YES you should delete pictures with your ex. That's disrespectful towards the person you are now with. Even if it wasn't a bad break up,  you are in a new relationship now and the past is over . You shouldn't still have pictures of past relationships displayed on your social media. I think your ex will understand lol

I think it depends. If it's a fond memory of like a really special time, like a concert a vacation or something of significance. Then no, you have every right to keep that. If just a picture of you two or just them. And it doesn't really hold value to you. And you feel you'd be better off without it. Then delete it. At the end of the day it's your social media. You have the right to post and keep whatever you want up.
