Dandruff or Lice?

How can you tell the Difference?

Last week I noticed my scalp was a little itchy I'm not sure if I have Dandruff or Lice. I can pull white flakes out of my scalp. Also I wash my Hair once a week. I think my Scalp maybe dry and itchy but how can you tell the Difference?

I thought I had dandruff so i bought the all natural selsum blue, used it and with in a few hours my head itched like crazy! Turns out I had lice (from working at a school). Lice hate essential oils. If I hadn't used that I wouldn't have known I had lice. I even had someone check my head twice and find nothing. That was two days before using the shampoo.

Live are clearish brownish and bugs and you can tell when you see one. It sounds like dandruff. Wash your hair deep more often and use dandruf shampoo or suave coconut shampoo and conditioner it's amazing.

Just look at the stuff coming off your scalp. You'll have no doubts about it if it's lice. You can tell it's a little bug.

I work in an emergency room. You'll know.  Live are literally little bugs you can look at them and see they're bugs not flakes
