Should I feel guilty about lying to my parents?

I'm 21 and my parents don't let me go out with my friends unless they approve of them. If I ever want to go out to lunch with my friends (I don't party) they refuse to let me go out or tell me to take my little sister with me. I've been having to lie to them a lot when it comes to me going out and I feel so bad.. I've tried talking to them about how I'm adult now and they shouldn't be controlling me but they can care less.. Should I feel guilty for having to constantly lie to them just to go out?
