Ok so just to give you my background: I don't usually experience cramping after ovulation. I have gotten cramping right around the time I was supposed to ovulate, but never after. I was on a run the other day and got a light cramp in my ovary area. It seemed to be on both sides of the pelvic/ovary area. This was about 4 days past my ovulation date. I don't think it was related to my run since I always gets cramps in my ribs if I do. Could this he pregnancy related or just something going on with my body, like gas pain or something?
