Symptoms but Negative test

Egg white mucus - check / high cervix, open and wet - check...however I went get a ovulation test and it's negative 😧 According to another app and ovulation test my husband thinks I ovulated on the 13th, I don't bc my line isn't darker so now we don't know...anyone been in this boat
