Due date and complications

Jessica
I'm due July 16th. I'm a second time mom and this pregnancy has been so much harder than my first. My first was head down at 32 weeks but something felt different at 35. At 37, we verified that she was transverse and I was scheduled for a csection. Thankfully, she turned on her own and I got to have a vaginal delivery at 40+2. But she was born with meconium in the water so it was scary. My BP shot up the last 2 weeks and I was diagnosed with preeclampsia 2 weeks POST-partum.
Now, fast forward 3 years to my current pregnancy and I've had so many aches and pains. My back and my pelvis/ groin area have been almost unbearable with pain. Last week (35+5), I swelled really bad all of a sudden and my BP shot up so I was on bedrest for the weekend. Went to my appt on Wednesday of this week and her HR was really low so I had a NST. Her Hr stayed low and she wasn't moving much, even with them giving me juice and turning me to my side. So we had an ultrasound. Still wasn't moving much and my fluid level was high ANd it was verified that she was breech. I'm now high risk and have to be seen twice a week. Had my second visit yesterday and she's slightly to the left of my pelvis so can turn but not likely. Fluid is still high but did come down. Rechecked my potassium bc it was low a week ago... Get results Monday. Scheduled my csection for July 8th. Hemoglobin was 8.3 a week ago.
There's just so much going on. Praying everything works out and really hoping she turns so I don't have to have a csection but if that's what it takes then that's what it takes.
I hope everyone is having a good end of pregnancy and has a great weekend. ❤️
