Knee pain?

Anyone else around 36 weeks pregnant with extreme knee pain? My knee is killing me and gets worse and worse! It hurts when I get up or go up and down stairs

Mine hurts when I sit with it bent for too long. Then, when I stretch it out, it is excruciating! I think it is excess fluid building up. My knees used to do this when I has having water retention issues a few years ago.
