HCG levels = 7 weeks but no fetal pole

Hi all. We are pregnant with our first baby. A little background, I have PCOS and my last medroxyprogesterone induced cycle was April 30th. After that date I have 3 rounds of different fertility Meds. May 18th was the last dose of gonal-f. After much deliberation my husband and I decided to stop the fertility treatment since our follicles still weren't large enough for an IUI. I tested positive on about 8 home pregnancy tests June 12th.
