Left over baby registry stuff I need?

Okay 38 an 3 weeks
Do I need a air humidifier? What are they good for? 
I know I need a thermometer but what kind?
I have  tons of diapers and wipes and clothes . 
Anything someone can thing of that I should go get while I have time.

Yes on the humidifier. If babies get a stuffy nose your only options are saline, snot suckers and humidified air. Cool air humidifier.  We use the Braun digital ear thermometer. I don't think I would have bought such an expensive one but I got it as a gift. Works great.

We didn't get a lot of the stuff on our registry including the humidifier and so our budget had to go to the necessities. If we end up needing one down the line we will look into it then. Fingers crossed we don't. ;)

My son was born in November. He got a cold at a month old despite my best efforts of keeping him healthy. The only thing I could do to give him relief was saline, snot sucker, and cool mist humidifier. I would've much rather had one ready to go instead of having to lug him into the store sick and cranky to buy one.

I would say definitely thermometer but honestly wouldn't get anything pricey. My doc says the most accurate are rectal thermometers... Of course finding this out after we got a $50 one from our baby shower. If you save on that then get the humidifier! You might not need it right away but you won't want to run out to buy one once you actually need it!

We got the Braun digital thermometer.. I'm hoping we have all the basics covered for a while.. Also nail clippers or nail files they grow fast and can scratch themselves not sure if you have that yet 😁
