Bleeding after sex?

Okay so I noticed after I had sex with my SO last night that there was some blood when I wiped. It was light but it was still blood. I put a light pad on just in case, but nothing ever showed up. I didn't wear a pad today and there was another small amount of blood in my underwear. Once again light, but it was still there. I then used to bathroom and there was no blood when I wiped. I'm on birth control (pill), my SO is not a new partner, and we hadn't had sex in over a week. Is it normal? Or should I be concerned? Just freaking out a little bit lol thanks in advance ❤️
