Little girl not sleeping
My little girl usually naps through day and still sleeps at night she is nearly 5 but she still must need a lot of sleep.
She is not my biological daughter, after seeing her "mum" at the contact centre she hasn't been sleeping very well. She just doesn't seem to fall asleep on a night it takes her ages do people think it's an age thing or something bothering her?
