Should I worry??

Since I found out that I was pregnant 5weeks I am now 7 weeks. I have had period like pains and sometimes they feel strong & heavy, last night they kept waking me up. people say not to worry but has anyone else experienced this?

I still get cramping like pains and I'm 20 weeks. As long as there is no bleeding it's just your uterus making room for your growing bundle of joy ❤️

The same thing happened to me until about 6 weeks.

Yeah I experienced period like pains almost my whole first teimester. It has stopped. Moved on to sharp pains every now and then. I forget what they call it. But fun stuff.

Should I worry??
