Natural or Epidural ?

Has anybody decided about having a natural birth or epidural ? My last labor I had an epidural ! But I still felt all the pain when I pushing. This time I would like to try to have a natural birth but I want to know what other people experienced !

I've had 5 kids so far and all natural, never waned an epidural. I'm due in September and am planning a natural birth again.

My 1st pregnancy was all natural no meds at all. My water broke at 1am in triage and I deliver at 5am. I didn't stress about the pain and the nurse and Doctor was awesome. For some reason I was calm like a clam and my husband and cousin Was wondering if I was ok? They were more scared then I was? Don't stress yourself out I guess? You know your body and just go with the flow when it's time to delivery time. Don't listen too all the dramatic birth stories and video and the up sell of epidurals and csections. (Yes, in small rare occasions it's needed.)

I went in trying to have natural birth the first time but they pushed pitocin and I had to get the epidural because the pain was unbearable. I plan on having natural this time around we'll see what happens.

I've had 2 babies natural and will do the same with this one god willing.. obviously things happen and can change in an instant.. but this is my plan

I did natural for my first 2 boys plan on doing it again for my 3rd. My sister had Ep. with her first and not with her second, she said going natural was way better.

I'm going to try and go natural, I don't want all the nasty side effects that come with getting the epidural, I'd rather deal with the pain.

Natural Birth for me! My husband and I are taking the Bradley Method classes and it has given me a lot more confidence in my body and what it can endure. It has also educated my SO on the entire birthing process and how he can be a part of the entire process. I highly recommend the Bradley Method classes for all the mamas out there wanting a natural, unmedicated birth. 😊
