I can't get pregnant 😔

I'm 18 and me and my boyfriend been trying have a baby for the past 6 months now and no matter how many times we try It don't happen.. And it seem like everyone around me that I know ends up getting pregnant and get pregnant on accident plus all happy and stuff when I'm over here try why can't it be me for once 😔😔😕
