He's getting stronger each day. Every day I call and get a morning update on how his night went right after my early morning pump session (5:30 am). He also has a feed right around that time so I know they have fresh assessment information for me each morning. This morning was the first morning he didn't have residuals in his belly after his tube feed!!!! That is a big milestone. It means his digestive system if processing more appropriately now and he no longer has any mucus/blood from birth left in his tummy. He is getting stronger each day and each day he makes me proud of him!  He is our little fighter just like his daddy was when he was in the NICU at 25 weeks!  Like father like son!
