Is this safe? Do you think?

I hate drinking plain water and shortly before I found out I was pregnant I ordered a supplement for water offline. Does anyone know by chance if this is safe? Or should I just give it away?

This is an energy supplement that contains caffeine anhydrous (150 mg)... It should say right on the box not for pregnant women. I wouldn't take it. Double check with your doctor though.

The caffine content just for one serving is 150mgs, ideally the maximum amount of caffine you should consume a day while pregnant is only 200mgs. I wouldn't use this.

I don't know avoid some of the ingedients, but just the caffeine alone is on the higher end of what is deemed okay for pregnancy.

You can take this to your doctor to check, but I'd avoid all this extra stuff during pregnancy, to be honest, especially if you're drinking it in your water all day. Have you tried fruit in your water--lemon or melon or berries? What about carbonated water? Maybe keep trying to find other options.

With my experience in looking at the ingredients I believe this is an amino supplement which is also like a pre-workout type thing, which has a lot of energy complex in it which is not good for pregnancy I ordered some off line and it does say right on the box do not take if you're pregnant. I like the true lemon and crystallites OK if you don't mind me aspartame
