Help! Im freaking out here!!!

Going to try and make this as short as possible. I've been under a lot of stress lately. My dad died 3 months ago and Mom has cancer again. :( I am on birth control (pill) and have a baby bump. But here's the back story. I was on depo shot for 3 years after I had my daughter. Last shot was in December of last year. I was due for another shot March 2 and somehow missed it. I called and asked to be put on a low dose pill due to my sister having thyroid problems on the shot. They said I could but was due for a pap. So they scheduled it out a month. Then the very day of my appointment I was headed out the door with my 3 year old and I fell. My ankle was so swollen I had to be rushed to the ER. I called them and they put my next appointment out a month. So by this time I had been on no birth control for 2 months! Dr. did the pap and prescribed a pill but did not give me a pregnancy test tho I had asked if I needed one. Have been super emotional and crying a lot, mood swings, sore breasts, back pain, flutters in my stomach, laughing then crying (haha), and my belly is round just like a baby bump! I have still had no period tho I am almost through 2 months of pills. And two tests say I'm negative. So I don't know what to think. My breasts have never been sore unless I was pregnant. I have made an appointment for Thursday but I'm just a little scared and freaked out. My sisters swear I'm pregnant. Idk what to think. Ugh lol

Side note: I'm heavy and still see a baby bump. It isn't small bump like a hernia (had 2 of those fixed last Fall) and I have 3 kids and they say if you have kids you show really early. I'm freaking out! Lol
