Prenatal Vitamins?

are these prenatals just as good as the pill kind? i dont like taking pills so i wanted the gummies and these were buy 1 get 1 for a dollar

I looked them up on CVS and compared them to the NatureMade brand pills. It looks like the gummies come up short in almost every category, especially for DHA and Omega-3. I also didn't see any iron or calcium listed.

As everyone else said, you will need to supplement with iron and DHA. The nature made are great but a few weeks ago there was a RECALL on many Nature Made vitamins, especially gummies, because of salmonella and strep contamination.

Yes. Only difference is that there is no iron in gummy vitamins. If you need the iron you will have to take another supplement.

Some gummies don't have enough DHA in them so you may need to buy some to take with those. You need 200mg and gummies usually only have 50mg

Yep but I don't think gummies have iron so you'll need an iron supplement.
I take 2 spring valley gummies(they taste like normal gummy candies) and I take 1 spring valley iron pill every day usually as soon as I wake up so I don't forget

I took them and they were good. Only thing is its a weird texture because you have to chew it thoroughly
