Please help!!

So 4 days ago I took a test and it said not pregnant it was the digital one but today I took one the same kind and it says pregnant the other one was taken at 9 dpo and this one is 3 days before missed period it's 13 dpo is it possible this is wrong for any reason? I hope it's right but my boyfriends scared its wrong due to the other negative
