Why does everyone keep asking how im feeling

Ugh I hate this question. I want to be like well my pubic bone is on fire all the time to the point where I can barely walk and my back hurts most of the time and I can't sleep at night and wake up very early. But I just usually say I feel good, which I do a lot but when I'm up walking around everything hurts

As for why they ask. Most women get sick or feel nauseous during pregnancy. Idk the question bugs me too sometimes. I usually just say I'm ok or if I'm not feeling well I tell them.
