Hey all! So I've been on Implanon for a while (rod) and my doctor said it's safe to have unprotected sex (with my long term SO who is clean). However I'm having constant spotting/bleeding because it's a normal response to the Implanon. I was just wondering would I ever know I'm pregnant because it's not like I'd miss a period? Since I'm always bleeding ... Any tips? Besides pregnancy tests all the time hahaha xx
