41+1 with contractions, lost mucus plug and blood-tinged mucus

I am eight days overdue and all night had contractions with pain. The contractions started 8.5 min apart and then were 7.5 min apart. I timed them for a few hours. I also had a good bit of blood-tinged mucus. Was able to get some sleep and woke up to find my mucus plug. I'm still contracting but seems irregular and eases up when I walk around. I am reallllllly hoping to avoid being induced (we scheduled to start cervadil tomorrow at 8pm but I'm praying so hard that we can start this party naturally). Did anyone have a similar experience where it seemed like Braxton hicks but was the real deal?
