Birth control HELP

So I'm currently taking Loestrin Fe 24 & this is my 4th month on it, I'm on my 4th week on the placebo pills and I've been feeling really nauseous since the first day of the pill and today's my 3rd day on the placebo is this normal? 
I take my pill at 7:30 all the time if not I miss it by 1 or 2 min or I take it earlier by 1-2min
