Can anyone help please?

Has anyone else come off the pill and had trouble with abdominal pain? It feels like inside (my womb) ect. Is very tender and I have random cramps, it been happening since I stopped taking it about a month a go, I have already had a bleed since coming off it and I have also had my positive ovulation test yesterday, I'm just worried about the dull aches I'm having all the time? It seems to get worse when I need to open my Bowles Aswell :/ ? Any body else had this problem ?
