Cramping

I came off the pill after 10 years a couple of months ago. I had a withdrawal bleed straight away that lasted about 2 days. I had a 35 day cycle the month after and am now on day 24. Glow is telling me I ovulated between today and last Tuesday, but I had bad cramps this morning in my left side. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or is it too early? It's hard to tell whether or not Glow has got my ovulation window correct as I've only had one true period since stopping the contraception!
