Getting shamed

I'm about 17 weeks pregnant and get dhsmed when I wear shorts cause of thr heat... People look at me I'm disgust and point out my scars... Since being pregnant they have been showing more.. So now I feel like I can't stay shorts anymore.... Its like I've been clean for 3 years I haven't even thought about doing it again. But people say I'm going to be a bad mom because of my past... I don't like wearing sweat pants in 90° weather or staying inside cause of people shaming me...
