Blood test too low?

Question

Has anyone had a blood test at the doctors that came back too low and the doctor requested you to come back in 48 hours to test again? Mine was only in the 40s or 50s, so he requested I come back on Thursday to try again. My at home tests keep getting lighter and lighter lines, but the digitals are still saying "pregnant." I'm so conflicted on whether I should be excited or sad... Because I truly don't know if I am or not. Has this happened to anyone else? Just need some encouragement

I wouldn't consider that low then. I don't think they like to get people's hopes up till they see the number double.

Most of the time they are looking for it to double in that time frame. Low really depends on how far along you think you are.
