I'm terrified to push a human out of my vagina!!! Do things really go back to normal?!?!

Yes it goes back lol. Trust me I've had 3 girls pregnant with my 4th girl 🙄😒 lol and my eldest tore me it snaps right back.

Kara I totally understand. I was terrified with my first. But to answer your question, yes. Things will go back to normal. It takes a little time. This is what we as women were made to do! My husband can't hardly get it in there sometimes and I'm 28 weeks pregnant with baby #2 (sorry if that's TMI)... Don't be nervous! 
Just a small tip: kegels. They work wonders! 😉

I've had three babies, all on the bigger side (9.6 lbs, 10.12lbs and 8.13lbs) and I've had episiotome and tears and can vouch it goes back to normal. Might not go back right away but it does in time
