How do you get past your BFNs?

BFNs always leave me in a slump. I'm sad, angry, and generally lacking enthusiasm for about 5 days. Every month I say I won't get my hopes up, but I always end up seeing everyone else's BFPs and start thinking that "maybe this is my month!"... needless to say, it has yet to be my month.

How do you cope with your BFNs & still stay optimistic? How do you move past the initial sadness & get back into conception mode without being totally hot/cold to those on the outside?
