Tracking ovulation

My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at six weeks. I have been tracking ovulation using opk and one week after my miscarriage I had a peak reading on the digital opk. I tracked it for a few days after and the peak reading went away. Today (one week after my first peak reading) I have noticed a lot of ewcm so I decided to use an opk again and had another peak reading. I am confused as to why I would get two positive tests seven days apart. Should my husband and I bd again just to be safe?
