Baby movement less than last week..

Last week baby was very active I could feel it move and kick a lot. .. but the past few days I've felt nothing... I'm worried now... I have mid wife appointment tomorrow.. so trying ot wait till then but just wondering anyone else has had a few days where baby is quiet... I'm almost 16 weeks 3rd baby so have felt this one for a good few weeks...
