I have this on only one breast.

I have those bumps on mine and have had them for a long time. There almost like little pimples or something. I'm not prego as I don't have a boyfriend and haven't slept with anyone or done anything.

Those bumps are normal. I don't think they're a good indication of pregnancy

As for your open cervix, that is a symptom of ovulation, not pregnancy. And achy breasts are also ovulation symptoms. If your period ends up being late, definitely take a test
