He's driving me nuts.. Help

I'll try and keep it as short as possible. I've been with my boyfriend a year and a half. In feb he moved in and a day later we found out That I was pregnant. We had a great relationship in the beginning , we were super in love everything was perfect. After living together for a few months I now absolutely can't stand him. He's so messy , leaves dishes, water all over the counter, toothpaste everywhere, and it's my place just a one bedroom townhome I bought a couple years ago, so I sometimes feel like it's my job to do all the upkeep but it really shouldn't be. I spent a lot of money on it, it's totally upgraded and really nice and I want to keep it that way .I literally don't think I like him at all anymore. If he moved out tmrow I would be fine with it. we both work about 60-70 hours a week and have really good jobs but then I get home and I clean and do everything on top of work. He has whole days off like today, whereas I work every single day! I need advice help
