How can you tell the difference if you have a UTI at 38 weeks or is my back pain a start of labor?

So I'm 38 weeks and the other day I read on the internet that dancing helps jump start labor. So there I go dancing and feeling silly! Anyways a few hours later my middle back starts to hurt and up till now.
Now I've had this pain before but on and off. But I have notice lately that I have been peeing wayyyy more. Ugh I just want to know the difference:(

I had all back labor. There's no mistaking it if they are real contractions or not. They stopped me dead in my tracks when one would come on.
