Ok I need some help

I had my daughter last July and the nurse keep telling me that I needed to decide if I wanted to get fixed because of my insurance well I said no I'm not doing that she keep asking me witch made me mad. After that I lost my daughter on her due date 7/27 but had her 7/28 well I am having a boy 8/9 and the guy I am with wants me to get fixed and I don't want to and I'm kinda scared on if I should go in early with everything that happened with my daughter and if I should or shouldn't get fixed.😣
