Could labor be in your back? I've had this back pain that comes and goes for weeks now but tonight it's staying and I moaned through the worst parts of it and said "ouuuuuccchhh" and tried to focus on other things but it was so painful I'm pretty sure it was a contraction. I'm 39+4 and feel so much lower back pain tonight!
