Positive OPK, what next?

Hi everyone, so yesterday I got my first positive opk! Today I done another test and it was also very positive (see photo) but what happens now? Obviously me and my husband have BD last night, today, and will again tomorrow morning before he goes away.. But do I carry on testing with opk's or do I stop now, until AF shows and goes (hopefully she doesn't) and then start again?? Sorry I'm new to this. Thank you!! X
