Hey all! Ok so, I just started taking the pill about 5 days ago, and I'm extremely new to this. Previously I've been told I need to wait a full month before even attempting to have unprotected sex on birth control, but I've read my medication description and read several articles that say you only need to wait seven days of perfect use. I've been prepared to wait a month, but it would be perfect if it's only a week, as the seven day mark just so happens to be my boyfriends birthday. So, which is it? A month or seven days? I'm debating calling my gyno and asking directly, just because I don't want to trust differing opinions with my uterus
