Bleeding while pregnant?

I am 8 days late. I've taken five pregnancy tests, four were positive, one was a question mark. Planned parenthood told me my urin came back negitive, so I went to labcorp and got blood drawn, and am supposed to get the results to today. I woke up with a light spotting and I have cramping but not bad. I want to be pregnant so badly, could I be getting my period? Or is bleeding normal? Should I go to a hospital? I dont know
