What does it take?!
I've been losing huge globs of mucous for weeks. No bloody show and no progression. 37 weeks. 4 cm dilated and 70% effaced. Everyone says it's going to go quickly now but nothing is giving... this baby is comfy!! Please give me strength mommas, I'm at my end
