Confused, help is appreciated!

So on Thursday night i took a Harris teeter brand pregnancy test, came out positive . Friday morning too a clear blue test, also came out positive. Monday morning took another clear blue test and it turned positive again but live was more fainted than the first two times .. Went to a pregnancy resource center yesterday and did two test and both came back negative... Just last night I started spotting . It was light/dark brown kind of like discharge . Woke up this morning & it is blood red. Did I just get my period? I don't understand how I got three positive at home and two negative at the clinic and now bleeding . So am I pregnant or not. I'm debating about buying a test and testing again or should I just wait it out. I don't want to wait it out either... I'm just so confused and don't know what to think. This is my first time.
