I'm 38 almost had back pains and cramps, not sure if they were contractions or not but my discharge has gotten way worse but nothing bloody so I'm not sure.

If you're not exactly sure just go to labor and delivery. It doesn't hurt to get checked out. Lord knows I was in and out of labor and delivery all the time with my first. Good luck.
