Decided to stop tracking... Now having symptoms

I opted to just let it go. It was too much. On month 17 ttc. No more opks, no more temping. My cycle isn't super regular, so I'm not sure when i should expect af... Anyway, last night and today so far, I've been insanely nauseous. Symptoms of a cold as well. Sore breasts. My last period was four weeks ago... But sometimes there are three weeks between cycles, sometimes seven. Any input?
