Gestational diabetes has done us in lil one has been sent to nicu low blood sugar levels and having trouble with O2 stats staying up had to supplement with formula as sugar was extremely low now on iv sugar water no feeds all day Monday and most day yesterday started feeds after noon and was able to wean down iv from 11.5 ml an hr to just 1.5 iv went bad so took out tried maintaining sugars but they are dropping fast back down to 49 from 68 earlier pumping isn't working for me I can't get anything out she's got the tiniest mouth and not getting good latch honestly feel like a failure pissed at myself but formula it is whatever I gotta do to get her sugars stable and be able to go home
