Breastfeeding foods?

What can I eat and what can I not ???
Breastfeeding only almost 4 months fully and going 👌🏾

Anything but limit soda sweets and fatty and greasy food as they can make your baby hyper or gasey or upset tummy or atleast that was my experience bf my first !

Anything!  Unless you notice a pattern then eliminate those foods. For example, I noticed my daughter got super fussy whenever I ate Brussel sprouts or citrus foods.
