Anyone in third trimester taking a sleep aid?

What kind are you taking? Has it helped?

I am waking every 2-3 hours at almost 35 weeks

I'm taking unisom and b6. I was put on it at 18 weeks by my dr after losing too much weight. It's to help me not get sick but it is also a sleeping pill.

I tried to stop taking it at 31 weeks and after two days couldn't keep anything down and lost weight again dr told me to stay on it for the long hall!

I take 10 mg of melatonin or benadryl. It helps, and my doctor said that it's fine.

My doctor has me taking Tylenol PM, I have to take it daily bc if I don't I have horrible pain.. But in still up every 2-3 hours to use the restroom

I don't take it daily but maybe twice a week I use Tylenol pms bc otherwise I'd be up all night and want to sleep all day.

My sister is one of those crazy essential oil people and gave me lavender to run just behind my ears. It could just be placebo, but it has helped a bit with me

25mg of benadryl nightly but that's starting not to work so I might talk to my doc at my next appointment

Ambien worked for me in my third trimester. I got a great night of sleep even with a baby who was 21 months old who im thankful she slept through the night while i was taking it.
