I just wake up with a bad shoulder pain. Is that s sign of labor?

No I don't think it's a sign of labor, do your hand go numb or hurt while sleeping at all? 
I get carpal tunnel in my sleep and it went up my arm to my shoulder until I started wearing a wrist brace at night
