Achiness/cramping after cervical check.. Normal?
Had my first cervical check yesterday.. 1cm 80% effaced. Last night had a bit of brown discharge, and again this morning. Also woke up with bad lower back ache and crampiness that is still happening mid afternoon... Is this normal? Thanks!
