Anyone else suffering from dry patches of skin on their face?

Anyone else suffering in the facial department? Last two days I have started getting. Very dry red patches with small bumps on different places on my face! My moisturizer irritates it more. Any suggestions on what kind of moisturizer would help this or anything else that is helping anyone else?

Yes, and I have naturally oily/combination skin! It's just a small patch on the left side of my face. I use a little sample of REN Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream. It's pretty expensive for a regular size container, but it works really well on my sensitive skin and doesn't leave it heavy or greasy feeling.
